El Infiltrado
Find the infiltrator among 3 to 12 players. More than 3,500 Spanish and English terms, 16 categories, and game modes made for groups and families.
The Challenge
Turn a social deduction game into a fast, clear, and entertaining mobile experience for groups of different ages. The challenge was to let 3 to 12 people play on one shared device, protect the secret word while roles are revealed, and provide enough variety for repeat play without accounts or unnecessary collection of sensitive information.
The Plan
We designed and built a local-first app for iPhone and iPad with full Spanish and English support. We created a simple flow for players, categories, and game modes; added more than 3,500 terms, 16 categories, optional indirect hints, a timer, multiple infiltrators, and a dedicated Kids category. We also introduced light and dark themes, customizable accent colors, and manual, opt-in privacy-first analytics that never sends player names or game content.
The Outcome
The result is a polished and easy-to-use social game for gatherings, road trips, and game nights. El Infiltrado requires no account, keeps names, words, and votes on the device, supports both iPhone and iPad, and is currently available through TestFlight while we prepare its App Store launch.
